Don Peppers, founding partner of Peppers & Rogers Group, will make a rare UK appearance at The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Annual National Conference on 21 October at the Grange St Paul's Hotel, London.
The one day event will feature a closing keynote speech from Don Peppers, one of the leading authorities on customer-focused relationship management strategies for business, as well as being an acclaimed author and a founding partner of Peppers & Rogers Group, the leading customer-centred management consulting firm.
Peppers will discuss the business impact of the social media revolution and how businesses both large and small can harness this new form of interaction to develop what he terms 'the hard currency of social interaction' � trust in a brand, or 'trustability'.
One of the key focuses of the conference will be digital customer relationship management, alongside a mixture of the latest academic thinking and practical engagement covering a range of themes.
