Saab announces its headline sponsorship of a unique roaming pop-up cinema experience / Pearl & Dean and Carat Sponsorship

The Nomad, a joint venture between The Lexi Cinema and The Screen on The Green, is a unique roaming pop-up cinema experience, set to tour the UK. Throughout 2011, The Nomad will be bringing films to life in beautiful and unexpected locations both indoor and out, from castles to theatres, ballrooms to churches, via award-winning parks, country estates and many other stunning locations.  The Nomad’s carefully programmed film events will celebrate and enhance each venue along the way, showing an inspiring and eclectic range of films from classics, cult and noir, to mainstream guilty pleasures

As part of the package developed by Pearl & Dean and Carat Sponsorship, Saab will also be showcasing a series of themed film events, designed to embody and celebrate the brand’s ethos of Independent Thinking,

The first event will take place in Stevenage on 13th March with the Wizard of Oz, and throughout the year the events are expected to attract more than 130,000 film lovers. Carat Sponsorship and Saab will be working closely with The Nomad to jointly market these events using a variety of traditional and more unconventional promotion from guerrilla marketing to clean graffiti.
