Their TV ad shows a variety of people going that extra mile to make gift-giving special, and they see how a little inspiration can turn any product into the most personal present.
It was filmed on location in Scotland, including various places in Edinburgh. You'll probably recognise that the lyrics accompanying the ad are from Elton John's 'Your Song', and Brit Award winner Ellie Goulding has recorded this special cover version. They hope you enjoy it.
