We offer a truly integrated multi-channel retail system based on Microsoft AX and AX for Retail with fully integrated web, kiosk, mobile solutions etc. This allows our retail customers to deliver the full multi-channel customer experience, allowing customers to deal with retailers at a time and place that suits them. This means that customers can now view items online and then go in-store to pick them up (click & collect), as well as returning goods in-store that have been bought online.
Alternatively they can order goods from their mobile and have them delivered to their door etc. Maginus delivers all of this capability from a fully integrated solution, using one database where all business rules, pricing, promotions etc are managed.
