Dragon Richard signs up for Business North West | Manchester Evening News - menmedia.co.uk

 
Former TV dragon Richard Farleigh is the latest speaker to sign up for the Business North West exhibition in May.
Australian-born Richard found his fortune in the banking and investment sectors and among his best-known success stories is Reggae Reggae Sauce.
He invested in the company after hearing founder Levi Roots' pitch on Dragons' Den. Richard sold his stake 12 months later for more than 10 times his original investment.
Also among the line up for the exhibition, at Manchester Central on May 4 and 5, is Apprentice contestant Alex Epstein, a brand and communications consultant from north Manchester, who will speak on how companies can best use social media.
Jennie Miller, senior category insight manager at Kellogg's, will speak how the cereal manufacturer has used customer research to help with product development.
Matt Benyon, managing director of organiser easyFairs UK, said: “We are delighted that Richard Farleigh is so enthusiastic about coming on-board and sharing his experience, insight and knowledge with visitors.”
Entry to the business-to-business event is free and it is expected to attract more than 5,500 visitors.
The exhibition will feature a keynote speakers, seminars and workshops, networking events, an angel's den offering potential funding for SMEs and advice on online marketing.
