The UK’s fastest growing vegbox scheme, Riverford Organic has named Souter as its new North West PR agency
Riverford Organic was established in Devon in 1987 and delivers to around 47,000 customers across the country each week - it was voted best Organic Retailer in 2009.
Its North West operation has been running from Stockley Farm in Cheshire since 2008 and is already seeing significant growth with sales up 64% against the same period last year as the region embraces organic food.
The brief for Souter PR is to increase awareness of the brand and the benefits of organic produce throughout the North West, working closely with the head office team in Cheshire and Devon.
Agency head Sue Souter said of the win: “Riverford is a fantastic brand, which is well established in other parts of the UK, however in the North West it is a fairly new operation and so there’s a lot of work to be done in terms of educating people about the scheme and raising awareness of the brand.
“Our role is to support the North West team by generating stand out media coverage, which will help attract more customers and potential franchisees.”
