Mark Jones, MD of Touch2view says “Ultra Short Throw projectors were created primarily to accompany whiteboards in the education market but really have the potential to do so much more with their small footprint, large screen area and low cost”

It all started when Touch2view were commissioned by the Bank of England Sports Centre to create large scale visuals for a ‘fire & ice’ theme night and came up with the idea of using UST projectors to play and project giant videos onto the marquee walls.
The success of this event led them to start working with DJ’s and Bands and they recently provided the visual backdrop for an anniversary gig for 80’s group ‘Then Jericho’. Mark Shaw, lead singer and Pop icon said “This was an anniversary gig set in a small cosy venue, so we didn’t have much room. Touch2view came up with an idea which completely nailed it and gave us a real gig feel with stunning visuals backdrops to support the band”
DJ Dell at Dell Sounds was another customer and had been looking for a cost effective solution to provide a little extra ‘wow factor’ to his DJ sets and mobile disco range. The system chosen had to not only be inexpensive but, importantly for a mobile disco, had to be portable and quick and easy to set-up. DJ Dell said “The UST projector won hands down. It can be carried anywhere in one hand and set up in minutes. The scope of visuals and big screen images is huge with us now offering everything from in-synch strobing and light effects, to slideshows and graphics and DVD’s and even’ live’ video on the big screen showing the bride and groom’s first dance at wedding parties.”
